2024 Robert Allan Memorial Scholarship Award

The trustees of the Robert Allan Memorial Scholarship Trust and Robert Allan Ltd. are very pleased to announce the award of three scholarships for the 2024 academic year.

Awards have been made to the following very deserving students, chosen from a large slate of well-qualified candidates:

  • Finlay O’Callaghan is in his third year studying mechanical engineering at the University of Victoria
  • Tara Gover is in her final year of ocean naval architecture engineering at Memorial University of Newfoundland
  • Anna Gillis is in fourth term of ocean naval architectural engineering at Memorial University of Newfoundland

The Robert Allan Memorial Scholarship was created in 1981 and has been awarded every year since to deserving Canadian students of naval architecture or marine engineering.
