Robert Allan memorial scholarship award – 2007

The Trustees of the Robert Allan Memorial Scholarship are pleased to announce the award of the 2007 scholarship to Mr. David Jack, a final year student of Naval Architecture at Memorial University of Newfoundland.

David was elected as the recipient of this award from a large field of very strong well qualified candidates based on his excellent academic record, coupled with practical experience in the industry. David has a strong commitment to the pursuit of a career in Naval Architecture.

This scholarship, created by an endowment from the late Robert F. Allan, noted Vancouver Naval Architect, is awarded annually to a deserving Canadian student in Naval Architecture. Details for applying for this scholarship may be found at https://ral.ca/scholarships/
