Sami Uotinen to Join Robert Allan Ltd.

We are pleased to announce that Sam Uotinen will be joining Robert Allan Ltd. on October 1st. Sami is a well-known and experienced marine industry professional who has worked at Aquamaster, Kamewa and Kvaerner Masa Yards. He has worked at Rolls Royce since 2000 and lived in Canada from 2001 – 2004 as contracts manager for RR in Coquitlam. Most recently Sami has been the North American Sales Manager for Z-Drive propulsion.

In his role at Robert Allan Ltd. Sami will be responsible for our European Business Development initiatives, operating from his home base in Turku, Finland. Sami is a graduate naval architect, and that training coupled with his experience in the propulsion sector will greatly enhance our company’s ability to provide well thought out and balanced design solutions to meet our customers’ needs.

We welcome Sami to our company, knowing that his experience and enthusiasm will broaden and enhance our company’s presence in the European market.
