Engineers in Motion – Matthew Buat, P.Eng.

Robert Allan Ltd. is pleased to announce that Mr. Matthew Buat has earned his accreditation as a Registered Professional Engineer with Engineers and Geoscientists British Columbia.

Matthew is a very valued member of the technical staff at Robert Allan Ltd. and has been working with the company since May 2014 as a Naval Architect where he has been involved with all aspects of ship design.

He obtained a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering at University of British Columbia Okanagan (UBCO), then went on to complete a master’s degree in Naval Architecture and Marine Engineering at UBC. In his spare time, he enjoys reading, and playing sports like hockey and golf.
