Training and Development

We also believe in having fun. The company sponsors the annual Christmas party, the summer BBQ, and a number of social events throughout the year, about one per month. Past events have included glow in the dark bowling, extreme air trampolining, hockey game, and cross country skiing. The employees also get together and have weekly summer bbq’s, international potluck lunches and the end of month pub night. We are an active bunch and have participated in the Bike To Work Week, The Vancouver Sun Run and the Shoreline Clean Up. Of course many of our people are active in the sailing and boating community. We are currently following 3 employees who are sailing to Hawaii and then on to Tahiti!

Location, Location, Location

The RAL office is located just outside the downtown core and is 2 blocks from Granville Island where our employees can go for lunch, walk the seawall, or shop for dinner at the market or the fish dock. The office is between 2 major streets with bus and bike routes so commuting is not difficult.
